As a sidenote, I would like to note an anniversary.  It was one year ago today that I suffered a stroke.  I was so fortunate.  I simply slipped from my chair to the floor.  My husband John heard a little bump.  He was downstairs at the time and came to investigate, noticed my weird face and called 911.  I was able to get the TPA shot at the emergency room and it worked miracles.  I'm fine.  It was seriously the perfect storm for a stroke.  My only problem now is that my words sometimes get a little mixed up stuff in them.  I've lost 35 pounds over the year, but not as much as I need to lose.  For the longest time I was afraid to exercise, but now I'm trying to walk again.  I must say that my husband was the best and is the best.  I love that man!!!
