Flowing Flowers from the SU Jan-June Mini Catalog
January 14, 2022
Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a while except for the 3D Thursday Free Project Sheets. I hope you caught the one yesterday. It was my creation. I made an album using the Slimline Envelopes featuring the Hello Ladybug bundle. You can find it here. If you were wondering my health has improved since the stroke. That's been a little over 2 months ago now. I've been doing a little soul searching. I do want to continue with my blog. I really love doing it. I do hope you find it useful and entertaining. I just can't allow myself to add in lots of stress. So I think its time to try this two times a week, the 3D post and another. Enough of this. Let's get going!
This is the card I have for today. Start with a card base of 4 1/4 x 11 in Blushing Bride. Cut one inch from the bottom of the front of the card. I will be using Poppy Parade as my ink. For this card you'll also need to cut a rectangle from Basic White using the 2nd die in from the Scalloped Contours dies. You'll need a scrap of white to cut a tag, 2nd in, from the Tailored Tags dies. The same tag will be cut from the Poppy Parade dotted paper from the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper. Cut another strip that is 1 1/4 x 4 1/4 for the inside bottom of the card. There is another piece of Basic White measuring 4 x 4 for the inside of the card. More white scraps and Granny Apple Green ink will be needed to complete the card.
I decided to make a video for this card. It's added below.
And here is a picture of the inside of my card.
Here is a picture of the card and the fold.
Thanks so much for joining me today. If you need supplies to make this card, please think of me. I would appreciate that!

Good Morning Jo Ann. Yes your blog is inspiring and so very helpful. I do appreciate your sharing your talent with us. I love the instructions that help us so very much. Do take care of yourself first. That is so important. Enjoy your day. We are experiencing -40 degrees Celsius today so I hope you at least have some sun and warmth at your home. My craft room calls me on days like this.

Patti. You have made my soul sing! Thanks so much for your kind words. Now I must ask where you are. I am in NC about an hour north of Charlotte. We are waiting for a snow and ice event. Sounds huge but we'll see. Thanks again.

Hello again Jo Ann. I am in Northern Ontario Canada so it is cold here. It sounds as if you experience cold weather too. Hope it passes you by and you stay safe. Have a great day
