Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper Fun Fold Wedding Card

Weddings are a great thing. Today I have a card for a wedding using the Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper. This is a fun fold card, but it is super easy. Here's a picture.

This card has several folds that allows it to stand up. Here is the view from above.

The card base is Blackberry Bliss. I love this color with gold! It measures the same as a regular card base. However, for this one score at 2, 3 1/8, 5 3/8, and 6 1/2.

The Blackberry Beauty DSP measures 1 7/8 x 5 3/8. You will need two of these, one for each side.

For the middle section, use Gold Foil. It measures 2 1/8 x 5 3/8. Run this through the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Stitched Greenery die. This goes so well with designer paper on the sides! Glue.

Cut a medallion with the Encircled in Beauty dies from Blackberry Bliss. The saying for the front of the card is from the Forever Blossoms stamp set from the Annual Catalog. Use an Embossing Buddy or used dryer sheet to rub over the white card stock. Stamp on with Versamark. Use gold emboss powder from the Metallics Stampin' Emboss Powders. Cut this out with the Layering Circles dies. One of them will fit just inside the medallion.

Add a bow with a glue dot made using the Simply Elegant Trim in gold.

Here is the flip side of the card. The Basic White paper is the same measurement as the gold on front, 2 1/8 x 5 3/8. Emboss the saying from Forever Blossoms.

Since this is for a wedding, the envelope needs to be decorated as well. Glue designer paper to the fold of the envelope and then cut away the extra.

This card is so easy to make, but has a little extra pizzazz. Think of all of the occasions that you could use it. If you make one I would love to see it.
