Welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop for August. We are using the colors Just Jade, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, and Basic Gray. These colors sound so delightful, don't they? You might be coming from Melanie's post. She is so creative. You may be starting here. Either is fine. I do hope you'll complete the entire hop. I think you'll be inspired!

I'll be featuring some of our new products that will be available to all beginning August 3rd. Yes, the August-December Mini Catalog goes live on Tuesday and so does the Sale-a-Bration brochure. Yes, there is a 2nd Sale-a-Bration this year! I don't think this has ever happened before! You can earn free product during August and September with qualifying purchases.

This is my card for today. It uses the Nature's Harvest Bundle. That's the stamp set and the Harvest Dies. Find this on pages 54-56.

The base of my card is Thick Basic White 4 1/4 x 11 and scored and folded at 5 1/2. The front is covered with the Basic Gray and white checked paper from the Peaceful Place Designer Series Paper found on page 37 of the mini catalog. It is cut to cover the front of the card at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

The Basic White label is cut using the Seasonal Labels dies. It's amazing how well all the Stampin' Up! products can work together! This label was added with dimensionals. Page 66.

For the flowers, cut first 3 flowers from Just Jade using the Harvest dies. Then cut just the flowers from Gorgeous Grape and from Highland Heather (3 of each). For the grape, trim away the piece of stem. For the heather, cut away the center of the flowers. To add interest use Sponge Daubers to add color to all the pieces. Glue together. Also add color to the stems. Add the flowers with dimensionals.

To fill in some of the areas, I added some more greenery using the Seasonal Labels dies. I cut 4 leaf stems. Sponge and add where you please. Use dimensionals.

Trim the greenery across the bottom where the sentiment will go. Stamp the saying in Gorgeous Grape on Basic White. Cut with the Harvest dies. Add with dimensionals on each end.

Finish the card with some of the 2020-2022 In Color Square Gems.

You may have noticed that I have two watermarks on my projects today. I'll be using both in the future. I have added this mark.

Stampin' Up! has its Artisan Design Team. They represent the SU company and stampers with their creativity and knowledge and hints. We have several of these stampers on our Color Fusers team in fact. They are stampers chosen by SU from thousands of demonstrators who applied to represent the company. Mine is different. As a downline of Patty Bennett and part of her Luv 2 Stamp team, she has chosen 3 people to be Artisan Crafters for her team. I appreciate this honor. Patty has over 400 people on her team. We'll be posting in social media with the #L2SgroupArtisanCrafter. We'll also have a Pinterest Board found at Luv 2 Stamp Group Artisan Crafter Team. As part of this group I'll be sharing with you at least two projects each week using products from the August-December Mini and/or the Sale-a-bration Brochure. I so look forward to this!
