Live Stampin' Up! Catalog Day!
Very Versailles and a Color Challenge

Facebook Live 5.5.2021 Inspired Thoughts

Hello, hello!  I'm so glad you are here today.  For my Facebook Live today, we took a walk through the catalog.  I tried to point out some information to help you navigate our catalog.  It's so awesome and beautiful, but there are a few things you just might miss.

Next I showed the fantastic Basic Borders dies.  They are definitely something you need, but you could miss them.  I made a card using those dies and the Inspired Thoughts bundle.   You'll also like the Inspiring Canopy dies.  Here's the card.

Inspired Thoughts Card by Jo Anne Hewins

The base of this card is Thick Basic White that is cut to 4 1/4 x 11.  Score and fold at 5 1/2.  Use the rick-rack die from the Basic Borders dies to cut off about an inch from the bottom of the front.

Add a piece of Old Olive designer paper from the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper that is 1 1/4 x 4 1/4 to the bottom of the inside.

In the Basic Border dies, there is one that looks like clouds.  Cut this from a scrap.  Use it to make the clouds using Misty Moonlight pad and a Blending Brush.  It's so easy.

The trees are cut all in one piece using the Inspiring Canopy dies.  Glue to the card with the trunks of the trees going below the border.  Trim to match.  These are cut from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper.

Cut four of the larger canopies and one of the smaller ones from Old Olive.  Add the mini dimensionals to the back and adhere.

Cut the sun from Daffodil Delight.  The die is part of the Inspiring Canopy dies.

Stamp the Hello in Early Espresso.

Wrap Linen Thread around the card two times and tie into a know.  Add a bow with dimensionals.

InSpired Thoughts Inside by Jo Anne Hewins

For the inside, the saying is from the Inspired Thoughts set.  Cut the trees from designer paper from the Beauty of the Earth pack.

Here is the Facebook Live video.
