Hydrangea Haven Bundle Tutorial

I have a great tutorial for you today using the Hydrangea Haven bundle.  I did not create this card, but it's so lovely, I had to share it with you.

Hydrangea Haven Bundle



Stamp Sets/Bundle: Hydrangea Haven (156251)

Cardstock: Seaside Spray - card base (150883), Pear Pizzazz (131201), Old Olive (100402), Basic White (159276)

Ink: Gorgeous Grape (147099)

Tools & Accessories: Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653), Paper Trimmer (152392), Take Your Pick Tool (144107)

Designer/Specialty Paper: Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper (154570), Hydrangea Hill Mercury Glass Designer Acetate (154574)

Misc: Pastel Pearls (154571), Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon (154572), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Bone Folder (102300), Paper Snips (103579), Mini Glue Dots (103683)



Card Base: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 4-1/4”

Designer Acetate: 4” x 5-1/4”

Designer Paper: 3-1/2” x 4-1/2”



Fold card base on score line and burnish the crease with a bone folder

Remove clear protective covering from the back side of the Designer Acetate

Adhere Designer Acetate to card base placing liquid glue in areas that will not show through

Die cut solid flower with leaves from Pear Pizzazz and cut off flower leaving only the stem and leaves remaining

Die cut detailed leaves and stem out of Old Olive

Adhere detailed leaves and stem onto solid leaves and stem using liquid glue

Die cut detailed large flower and the long narrow strip of flowers from Designer Paper

Adhere die cut detailed flower to Designer Paper (3-1/2” x 4-1/2”) using Dimensionals

Add Pastel Pearls to center of each small flower on large flower

Using Take Your Pick tool, lift up small petals on flowers for added dimension

Adhere stem and leaves onto Designer Paper underneath large flower using liquid glue

Tie a bow and adhere to stem using Mini Glue Dots

Adhere Designer Paper to card front

Stamp sentiment, “fussy cut” around it and then adhere to card front using Dimensionals

Adhere small die cut flowers to card front and lift petals for added dimension
