Today is the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge #623. We are casing the catalog page 123. Here's the catalog picture.

Here's the picture of the card I made using the Forever Fern bundle.

My card base is Thick Whisper White measuring 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored and folded at 4 1/4.

The background of this card is Just Jade, one of the new In Colors. My paper is from the 2020-2022 In Color 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper. Cut the paper to the size of the front of the card, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I don't mind cutting a piece from 6 x 6 paper to cover the whole front of a card. I don't feel like I waste much. The left over strips can be used easily. The band across the card if the flip side of the base. It measures 1 1/4 x 5 1/2.

Before you adhere the strip, stamp some leaves in Just Jade toward the upper right. Add some of the dots. We'll add more dots down below and over to the left.

Add a length of the white ribbon from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack. Cut to 5 1/4 inches and angle the ends. Just put down a little Seal to hold it.

For the stems, stamp the longest stem in Just Jade on Whisper White. Stamp 2 of the stems that look like little balls in Merry Merlot. Cut these out using the Forever Flourishing dies. Add these to the right of the card near the center. Add the Jade one first on dimensionals. Add the other two. Some will go on dimensionals. Use glue where the stems overlap.

The saying is from the Tasteful Touches stamp set. Stamp in Merry Merlot on a piece of Smoky Slate paper. It comes from the Neutrals 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper. Cut out with the Tasteful Labels dies. I think these dies will become a classic. Love those shapes! Add the label partially on dimensionals and by using glue. Get the Tasteful Touches bundle (stamp set and dies) and save 10%.

Finish the card with some sequins from the Artistry Blooms Sequins.

For the inside of the card, the saying is from Tasteful Touches. Stamp in Merry Merlot. In the bottom right stamp two of the stems, one in Just Jade and the other in Merry Merlot. Add some more of the dots in Just Jade. Stamp off the dots.

The Forever Fern stamp set is one of the Distinktive sets that show lots of detail simply just be inking and stamping. They are beautiful. A stunning card is the result!
