I hate to say this, but I'm just not a brights person.  When I see colors like this I'm a little frightened.  It's out of my box.  But that's the thing about a challenge.  It makes you try new things.  Most of the time I end up loving the colors together.  That's what happened this week.  The colors grew on me!

I used the Lovely You stamp set and the new Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.  You can buy them as a bundle and save 10%.  Here are all the details.

The base is Mango Melody that measures 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and is folded at 4 1/4.  Use your Bone Folder to burnish the fold.  The next layer is Melon Mambo.  It is cut to 3 7/8 x 5 1/8.

The Whisper White layer is 3 3/4 x 5.  To stamp the larger flower with two colors, use the Brights Stampin' Write Markers and the Stamparatus.  I find that I don't always get a good solid image when I color directly on the stamp with markers.  The Stamparatus steps in to save the day.  Mount the image in the center of the Stamparatus plate.  Now you can move the layer around, steady with the magnets, stamp several times, and then move the layer to another spot.  I'll have a video later in this post to show what I mean.

Once the large flower has been stamped randomly over the layer, add in the smaller flower in Mango Melody and the design in Melon Mambo where they will fit.

Run the white layer through a die cut machine with the Tasteful Textile embossing folder.  It adds such a pretty look to the card.  Glue it to the Melon Mambo layer.

Color a piece of the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding that is 5 1/2 inches long with the Dark Granny Apple Green Blend.  Run across the layers just below the center and tape to the back.  Glue this layer to the card base.

For the tag, cut a Granny Apple Green strip to 3/4 inch.  Stamp the saying from Lovely You in Versamark, sprinkle with the White Emboss Powder, and heat.  Punch the ends of the saying with the Lovely You Pick a Punch.  There's a hint on punching in the video!  Add with dimensionals.

Color more of the ribbon for a bow and add with a glue dot.

Stamp three of the Mango Melody flowers on a scrap of Whisper White and fussy cut.  Add to the labels with a little glue where needed and a dimensional where needed.

The inside of the card has a saying from Lovely You.  Use the Stamparatus for the flower.  Here is the video for stamping the card.
