Botanical Prints: A Tutorial Medley Card by Me

It's Friday and I have a card and downloadable tutorial for you. The Botanical Prints Medley Product Suite is on page 61 of the January-June Mini Catalog. It has everything: a stamp set with matching dies, designer paper, ribbon, copper bees, and laser cut accents.

Supplies:

Stamp Sets: Botanical Print Product Medley #151301

Cardstock: Thick Whisper White #140272, Whisper White #100730

Ink: Memento Pad #132708, Light Old Olive Blend #144574, Dark Old Olive Blend #144573, combo #144597, Light Pumpkin Pie #144578, Light Mango Melody #147943

Tools & Accessories: Stitched So Sweetly dies #151690, Botanical Prints Product Medley #151301

Designer Paper: Botanical Print Product Medley #151301

Misc: Botanical Prints Product Medley Old Olive Twill Ribbon #151301, Dimensionals #104430, Multipurpose Liquid Glue #110755

Measurements:

Card Base: Thick Whisper White, 4 ¼ x 11, score at 5 1/2

Cardstock #2: Whisper White2 ¾ x 4 for banner

Cardstock #3:

Designer Paper: 4 ¼ x 5 ½, stripe 2 x 4 1/2

Instructions:

Score and burnish fold of card base.

Cut designer paper (Botanical Print Product Medley) to fit card front. The background is already colored. Color the paper with the Light and Dark Old Olive Blends, Light Pumpkin Pie Blend, and the Light Mango Melody Blend. Glue to the card front.

Glue striped designer paper (Botanical Print Product Medley stripe) to the middle of the card.

Adhere a 5 1/2” ribbon across the center of the card. Trim ends.

Cut banner from Whisper White using the Stitched So Sweetly dies.

Add one of the die cut accent pieces to the banner.

Stamp the word friend in Memento ink (Botanical Prints Product Medley).

Add banner to the center of the card with dimensionals.

I will say that the designer paper in this kit is beautiful. There's a lot of black and white and I love that.
