Stamping Around the World Blog Hop for November, 2019

Welcome to the Stamping Around the World Blog Hop for November.  Our group publishes a new tutorial for each month.  We also have a blog hop.  The hop features cards using the same products used in the tutorials.  I used the Stitched Stars Dies for November.  These tutorials are yours for free with any purchase!  They have 12 different projects.

No photo description available.

I used the So Many Stars Bundle that features the stamp set and the Stitched Stars Dies.

So Many Stars and Stitched Stars Dies by Jo Anne Hewins

Start with a card base of Night of Navy that measures 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and fold at 4 1/4.

The layer of Seaside Spray is 4 1/8 x 5 3/8.  Run this through the die cutting machine with the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder.  Adhere to the base of the card.

Cut out a frame in Night of Navy using the Heirloom Frames dies from the Annual Catalog.  Add this to the card using dimensionals.

Stamp the saying from So Many Stars in Versamark on Whisper White card stock.  For this saying we are using silver, gold, and copper embossing powders.  Cover part of the saying in silver, then add gold on part, and then finish up with gold on the remainder of the saying.  Use the Heat Tool to melt the powder.  Cut out this saying using the center of the oval from the Heirloom Frames dies.  Glue to the center of the frame.

Using the smaller stars from the Stitched Stars dies, cut out lots of stars from silver, gold, and copper foil sheets.  Use the stars from the scroll die also.

To add the stars, begin with the largest stars and place them around the frame.  Continue to work placing stars around the frame with the next largest and work on down to the smallest stars.  Just fill in where needed.  I used glue and glue dots.

Add a bow using the Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon using a glue dot.

The saying on the inside of the card is also from So Many Stars.  It is embossed in copper and gold.  Cut the swirl in silver foil using the Stitched Stars dies.  Cut this again in copper.  Use the copper stars to fill in.
