Not only is Graceful Garden going away, the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper is retiring, too.
My card base is Mossy Meadow that is cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and folded at 4 1/4. The Daffodil Delight layer is 3 3/4 x 5. The layer of Wood Textures DSP measures 3 5/8 x 4 7/8. Stamp the background stamp in Soft Suede in the upper left and the lower right.
I used the Stamparatus to stamp the flower on Whisper White. I used Memento Black. The Stamparatus allows you to get a good dark solid image because you can stamp more than once.
I used the Light and Dark Mossy Meadow, Light Daffodil Delight and Light Mango Melody to color the rose.
The tricky part is fussy cutting the rose. Place on the card base with dimensionals. You will need to cut the dimensionals to fit.
Add a bow of Linen Thread with a glue dot.
Here is the inside of the card. It's all from the Graceful Garden stamp set.
I really love this card. It's very easy if you don't mind cutting out the flower.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you liked my card. Do you need a demonstrator? I would love to earn your business. Check out my Incentive Program from the Tool Bar across the top of my post!
