Designer Series Paper Fun Fold with the Well Said Bundle
Sentimental Rose Paper Pumpkin for April 2019

Color Fusers Blog Hop for May 2019

Welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop for May!  We are using Pear Pizzazz, Night of Navy, and Grapefruit Grove.  You might have come from Tami's blog.  I know she has a great project!  I'm so glad you continued on the hop!  If you are just starting here, please visit everyone to get great ideas on using these colors.

I am using the retiring stamp set Needle & Thread along with the coordinating Needlepoint Elements Dies.  I hate to see these items go away.  If you want them, act quickly!

Start with a card base of Thick Whisper White measuring 5 1/2 x 8 1/2.  Score at 4 1/4 and fold.

I used the Grapefruit Grove patterned paper from the Nature's Poem Designer Series Paper.  This paper is retiring, too.  I need to use it!  Cut this to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I used glue to adhere because it has just a little give.

I measured 1 1/2 inches from the top and the bottom of the card.  Use the stitched looking stamp to stamp across the card in Night of Navy.  The flowers will all go in the space between.

I stamped three of the largest flowers in Night of Navy, five of the smaller flowers in Grapefruit Grove, and about 6 of the leaves in Pear Pizzazz.  Cut out with the Needlepoint Elements Dies.  Go ahead and mount the largest flowers on the leaf cut outs.  Cut the remaining leaves in half and mount behind the Grapefruit Grove flowers as needed.  Make your arrangement.  I started with the Night of Navy flowers and then filled in with the Grapefruit Grove.  Some of these smaller flowers are on dimensionals.

The saying is from the Needle & Thread stamp set.  Stamp on a 1/2 inch Whisper White strip and trim the ends.  Add a bow of Linen Thread.

The inside of the card has a saying from the same stamp set.  For the flowers, stamp the navy one first.  Make a mask from a sticky note to cover the flower.  Do this by stamping the flower again on a stickly note so that part of the flower is on the sticky part.  Cut this out and stick down.  Now stamp the other flowers.  Ink only one end of the leaf stamp.

Here's a short video that shows about placing the flowers on the card.
