Triple Stamp with Dear Doily

Hello!  So good to see you today.  I have a triple stamp card with the Dear Doily stamp set.  This can be found on page 47 of the Occasions catalog.

This is actually a very simple card.  There is a lot of cutting though.  Start with a card base of Pacific Point that measures 5 1/2 x 8 1/2.  Fold at 4 1/4.  You will also need a piece of Pacific Point that is cut to 3 x 4 1/4 and another cut at 2 1/4 x 3.

For Whisper White you'll need 2 pieces that are 4 x 5 1/4.  One will go in the inside of the card.  You'll need additional pieces that measure 2 3/4 x 4 and 2 x 2 3/4.

Take just the three sizes of Whisper White paper.  You will want to tack these together, but you will also be taking them apart again.  Use just a tad of snail.  Tap it with your fingers a few times to take away some of the stickiness.  Mine were placed at angles.  If you aren't an angle person, line them up straight.

Stamp randomly to cover the paper.  I started with the largest stamp first in Pacific Point.  Next I stamped the Calypso Coral  doily.  Last, I stamped the Daffodil Delight to fill in.  Leave a space for the sentiment on the front of the card.  Don't be alarmed when the stamping does not look complete around the edges.  That's why we frame each piece.

Add the frames to the smaller pieces and then add them to the big one matching the patterns.  Now add it all to the base of the card.  The saying is from the Varied Vases stamp set from the Annual Catalog.  It's one of my go to sayings.  Stamp in Pacific Point.

Here's the inside of the card.  Stamp more of the doilies in each color.  The saying here is also from Varied Vases.

That's all there is to it!  It's one of those cards that looks hard, but it's not!  I tend to forget about the Pacific Point color.  It's so pretty.  I don't know why I do that!
