Sea of Textures in Blueberry Bushel

Swirly Frames with Oh, So Eclectic

When you attend one of the Stampin' Up! On Stage events, you also win something from Prize Patrol.  I won the stamp set Swirly Frames in Atlanta.  I'll admit that I wasn't that excited.  I do think this set will turn out to be one of my favorite go to sets.  I used the set to make the background circles on this card.

It might not show up so much in this photo.  I used the new Balmy Blue for the large circles and the new Soft Sea Foam for the smaller circles.  Stamp off both colors first.

The card base is Balmy Blue measuring 5 1/2 x 8 1/2.  Stamp the circles along the edges of the base.  This will add interest to the card.  I did stamp off for this.

The Soft Sea Foam layer is 3 3/4 x 5.  This Whisper White layer is 3 1/2 x 4 3/4.

Build the flowers from the Oh, So Eclectic bundle in the center of one of the blue stamped circles.  Stamp the leaves in Soft Sea Foam on the same color and cut out.  For the full flower and the bud, you will need to cut out the detailed part and the outline part of the Eclectic Layers Thinlits.  For the detailed part, place the outline around the detail and cut out together.  Cut another outline part.  For the bud, cut the stem part again from Soft Sea Foam.  Cut out three of the tiny stems in Soft Sea Foam.  Arrange all in a pleasing way.  The large flower is on dimensionals.

The saying is from the stamp set Detailed with Love.  I used the Stamperatus to say the words.  It makes it so much easier to get the words in the right place.

The inside of the card has more circles.  It's easier to see in this photo.  The saying is also from the Detailed with Love stamp set.

I love these new subtle colors.  This makes such a sweet soft card.  You could easily change it up for any occasion!
