Making cards is why I do all of this. If you are a stamper you know exactly what I'm talking about. That's why I was so excited that my downline wanted to have a shoe box swap. I shared my card with you Wednesday.
Some of my downline have talked about having a card class. Doing this swap was great practice in planning a class. It's not easy and it takes time. But having a class is so much fun! I love having people here in my home!
Let me also tell you that my downline used Pinterest for their cards. I will try to give credit where I can. Pinterest is a wonderful place for getting ideas. I feel like anyone that posts to Pinterest realizes that their work is now out there for anyone. It's the nature of the tool.
This is Kaye's card. She copied this from Mary Fish. I just love black and white. The crushed curry is perfect!
Lisa brought this card for us to make. Her idea came from Dawn Griffith. I think Lisa changed the colors a little. It's great to take someone's idea and change it a little to please you.
Lori had prepared this card. It's from Windy Ellard. I have this bundle, but haven't used it yet. I was really excited to put my hands on those stamps!
This card, by Jan's Creative Corner, was shared by Cindy. She had all of those pieces ready for us! Wow!
We had a great morning and then went out for lunch! If you are interested in joining our Luv 2 Create group, just let me know. We would love to have you!
I have 2 blog hops coming up. On Sunday evening at 8:00 pm ET, the NC Demo blog hop debuts. I have a great project for you to see. It's a talented group. On Monday at 10:00 am ET, the Color Fusers have a new hop with some great new colors. Please look at them both.
