A Cute, Quick Halloween Treat

I've been working on items for a craft fair coming up in the Conover, NC area. I love to make frames! This frame uses the snowflake paper from the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Series Paper for the background placed on top of Whisper White Card Stock. The ornaments are cut from Silver Foil using the new Precision Plate and the Delicate Ornaments Thinlit Dies. The ornaments are backed with Lost Lagoon Card Stock. Silver Cording was used for the bows on each ornament. The frame I used is from Ikea and measures 5 X 7.
