On Monday, I posted an Easter bunny made with the mini coffee cups. Today I'm showing you a little lamb also made with the mini coffee cup. I found this on Pinterest, but I changed it just a little.
Once again, I used the Playful Pals stamp set from the Occasions catalog to stamp the mouth and the whiskers. So easy! I used the 1 3/4 inch Scallop Circle punch for the face of the lamb in Whisper White. I sponged around it with Soft Suede ink. The eyes are punched with the 1/4 inch Circle punch and highlighted with the white gel pen. I used a sponge dauber and Pink Pirouette to highlight the cheeks. The nose is punched using the Owl Builder punch and Pink Pirouette. The ears are punched out of Soft Suede cardstock using the smaller leaf of the Festive Flower Builder Punch. I sponged around them with Soft Suede. The inside of the ear uses the Subtles Designer Series Paper Stack and is punched with the same punch. I used the small petals that are joined together and just clipped them apart. They are sponged with Pink Pirouette. I attached the ears behind the head.
I finished off the face with a cute little bow using the Bermuda Bay 1/8 inch Stitched Ribbon. I completely missed this in the catalog until a friend of mine used it. It's on page 35 of the Occasions catalog.
The body of the lamb is punched from Whisper White cardstock using the 2 3/8 inch Scallop Circle punch and sponged in Soft Suede. I made little feet using the Word Window punch in Basic Black cardstock. I simply cut it in half for two feet. I attached the head with dimensionals. I attached the body to the cup using Tear & Tape adhesive. So cute!
I wanted to make a little decoration for the lid. I punched another 1 3/4 inch scallop circle out of white. I stamped the sentiment using the Circle of Spring stamp set. The little curly things come from the Playful Pals stamp set. Once again, I sponged with Soft Suede. I adhered this using dimensionals.
These are ready to fill with Hershey kisses. I hope they find their way to someone special. Maybe the real Easter Bunny might choose to bring him to a special girl or boy. Thanks for joining me today. On Friday, I have another Easter treat for Shops on Main. Please check back.
